Webshop Conditions

By ordering products from my online store, you agree to these terms and conditions and also to the terms and conditions that Finnish law obliges both the consumer and the seller of the product.


Product prices include VAT. I reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering and privacy

The products are ordered by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service.

The online store uses a secure connection (SSL certificate). In addition, payment is made through your own online bank, in which case the online bank is responsible for the security of the payment service.

Once your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. The email contains the information required for payment.


You can only pay in the online store with a SEPA bank transfer. Log in to your online bank and see the payment instructions in the email you received. Fill in the order number in the payment message field. Your order will be shipped when your payment appears in my Ecommerce Bank Account.


I only deliver products to private individuals in Finland and other countries of the European Union. If you want delivery to somewhere else in the World, please contact me and we will arrange it separately.
E-commerce products are delivered by post. Delivery costs depend on the size of the package. You can view shipping costs in your Shopping Cart. I reserve the right to change the delivery fee.

Product return and exchange

The online store complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The product must be unused and any packaging must not be opened. You can also return the product if it is defective or incorrect. Products delivered by post must be returned well packaged, preferably in their original packaging. In cases other than complaints, the customer of the product pays the postage for the return.

If there is a defect or error in the product, include a description of it in the return. Postage for the return will be paid into your account after you have submitted your name, account number and receipt (clear image or scan) of the cost of the return to rosakansala@gmail.com. You can also include the receipt in the return shipment.

The appearance of handmade products (other than works of art) may differ slightly from the product image and should not be considered a defect. In addition to manual work, the variation in the products is due to e.g. the use of recycled materials.

Delivery time

Product delivery time is normally 3-5 business days (insife Finland). I will try to send the ordered products as soon as possible, as long as the bank transfer payment appears in my business account. I run an online store as a side job, so sometimes I may have to stretch delivery times.


All customer information will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated.
